2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 30.01.2015 taking into consideration the observations made in the order dated 10.12.2014 passed in W.P.No.15284 of 2010.

In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2015 on merits and as per law, and in the light of the order dated 10.12.2014 made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in W.P.No.15284 of 2010, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
