[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order passed in Rev.A.No.16 of 2020 in W.A.No.395 of 2014 dated 05.02.2020 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed, a Special Leave Petition has been filed and stay has been granted by the Apex Court.
