This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in unknown Crime Number pending on the file of the respondent police based on the complaint lodged by Eswaramoorthy.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one Eswaramoorthy, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, he should not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. With the above said observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
