ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner has sought for deleting the entry made in the Town Survey Land Register and to add the name of the petitioner and her children.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property situated at Survey No.146/3A/1B, measuring an extent of 65 cents at Mamangaram, Jagirammapalayam Village, Salem. The petitioner is tracing the title to the property thorugh her father-in-law and after his death through her husband. According to the petitioner, she got the property through a partition.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that TSLR extract mentions the name of the 4th respondent instead of the name of the petitioner and her children.

4. The petitioner made a representation dated 21.03.2020 to carry out the corrections and include the name of the petitioner and her children in the concerned register. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

5. Heard Mr.Mr.N.Vijaya Basker, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents 1,2 & 3.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.03.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law. The first respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent and give her opportunity before conducting any enquiry and passing orders. The first respondent shall complete this process and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with the copy 2/3
