This Court, by judgment dated 17.07.2019 made in CMA.No.2860/2019 which was filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2018 made in I.A.No.32 of 2018 in O.S.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruppur 1/2

tsi at Dharapuram, directed the trial court to take up the matter and give disposal within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order. While so, seeking extension of time to comply with the said order, the matter has been listed today before this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant.

Accepting the request made by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, in his Letter in Dis.No.397/20 dated 13.07.2020, further three months time is granted to comply with the order of this Court made in CMA.No.2860/2019 dated 17.07.2019.
