This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.693 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Tanjore and report before the Tanjore East Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m., and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police, until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.693 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
