O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent vide order dated 26.03.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.7913 of 2019.

2. This Court by an order dated 26.03.2019 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7913 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the 1st respondent had deliberately suppressed materials facts and made misrepresentation with the sole intent of obtaining a favourable order from this Hon'ble Court. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent. However after elaborate arguments, it is informed that till date the 2/4

law enforcing agency have not completed the investigation and, therefore, this Court may fix an outer time limit for completing the investigation.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation will be completed within two months.

5. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
