This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4027 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4027 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025, is relaxed.
