O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.6708 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not been complied with.

2. This Court, while disposing the said writ petition, directed the fourth respondent therein, to consider the representation dated 23.02.2018 and pass the orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Today, when the matter is listed for the further hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 27.09.2018, by the Tahsildar, Walajabad. He has produced a copy of the said proceedings. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same, separately in the manner known to law. Since the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been now complied with, this contempt petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner as stated supra.
