O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to Fast Track Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.295 of 2015.
2. It is seen that a private complaint was filed as against the petitioner in STC.No.206 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.
Subsequently, the case was transferred to Fast Track Court, Tiruppur and renumbered as C.C.No.295 of 2015.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the Calendar Case is of the year 2015, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judge, Fast Track Court, Tiruppur to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.295 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
