2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the landed property in S.F.No.156/3, Patta No.8, Madathur Village, Madathukulam Taluk belongs to Arulmigu Madathur Uchikaliamman Temple. The said property was leased out in favour of one Govindaraj and Subburam and out of the income, annual temple festival is being conducted. The petitioner would further state that one Ramasamy, in order to grab the temple land, influenced the third respondent and obtained kist receipts in the name of the fourth respondent, who is the son-in-law of the said Ramasamy and it is brought to the knowledge of the concerned authorities about the representation dated 25.04.2015. Though it was acknowledged on 27.04.2015, no action has been taken and hence the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
