PRAYER: Appeal against the Decree of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Mannargudi dated 16.12.2019 in A.S.No.29 of 2016 in reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 15.10.2015 of the District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam, Thiruvarur District in O.S.No.25 of 2014.

DECREE: This Second Appeal Coming on for hearing on this day. Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Dineshkumar, Advocate for Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, Advocate for the Appellant, and of Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:
