2. This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 20.03.2020 made in O.S.No.4047 of 2019 on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
3.All the parties along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. A Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 18.06.2025 duly signed by all the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed. 2/4
4.The contents of the memorandum of compromise has been explained to the parties and acknowledged that they have understood the terms in full that they have understood the terms in full and that they have entered into the compromise. 5.In view of the compromise memo filed, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise.
