This application is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to enhance the monthly family maintenance allowance from Rs.32,000/- per month to Rs.1,25,000/- per month with effect from 01.04.2024 onwards.

2. This Court, taking into consideration the submissions of both sides, directs that the monthly family maintenance allowance be enhanced from Rs.32,000/- per month to Rs.70,000/- per month with effect from 01.04.2024 onwards. The arrears of the enhanced monthly maintenance from 01.04.2024 till 31.10.2024 shall be calculated and paid to the applicant, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
