PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.10.2024 and further direct the 1 st respondnet to restore the patta in the name of petitioner for the property situate at survey no. 132/2-D measuring around 0.07 Acres and number 132/2-J measuring around 0.02 Acres, Eraiyur village, Ulundurpet taluk, Kallakuruchi District and pass orders.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.10.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the respondents 3 and 4 with respect to the subject property and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.

Heard M/s.R.Poornima, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case

and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.10.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 3 and 4 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
