ORDER
The respondent-husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2008 before the Principal Sub-Court, Villupuram. It is the contention of the petitioner that subsequent to the formation of the Family Court in Villupuram, the said H.M.O.P. had to be transferred to the Family Court, Villupuram. Hence, this Tr.C.M.P. is filed. Considering the above aspect and taking into account the fact that the matrimonial cases are to be filed in the Family Court, if there is such Family Court, this Tr.C.M.P. is ordered and H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2008 pending on the file of the Principal SubCourt, Villupuram, shall stand withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Villupuram. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.
