This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.02.2022 of the Special Court in Crl. M.P.No.205/2022 passed in CC.No.6/2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act offences, Chennai.

2. Today, this case was under the caption, "For Maintainability". When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a Revision will be filed as against the Order in Crl.M.P.No.205 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022 passed by the Special Court for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1997, Chennai.

3. In such view of the matter, no further order is required and the petition stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
