J U D G M E N T

The matter was listed before this Court on 10.04.2015. At request, it was ordered that no further adjournments would be given and adjourned to 21.04.2015. On 21.04.2015, again the matter was posted on 27.04.2015. On 27.04.2015, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was ordered to be listed on 17.06.2015. On 19.06.2015, when the second appeal is listed for hearing, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, it was directed to be listed on 23.06.2015 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today (23.06.2015), there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. The learned counsel for the respondents is present. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
