This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7371 of in Crl.O.P.No.14133 of 2020 dated 03.08.2021 that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court till 15.04.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7371 of in Crl.O.P.No.14133 of 2020 dated 03.08.2021, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
