2. With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner is working as Office Assistant in the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Katpadi, from 2005 onwards. He made a representation dated 19.06.2015 to the respondents to regularise his service.

4. In these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
