Act 1947.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order refusing to refer the dispute raised by the Petitioner/Union for industrial adjudication.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Government of Tamil Nadu by G.O. Ms. No. 14, Labour and Employment (D1) Department dated 18.01.2021, referred the dispute for industrial adjudication and a copy of the said Governmental Order has been produced. He has filed a memo dated 08.02.2022 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
