Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.14434/2015.J4 dated 12.02.2016 on the file of the second respondent herein to quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by revoking the order of suspension as per the order of the High Court of Madras in W.P.No.30308 of 2015 dated 25.09.2015.
