PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.04.2018 for payment of amount due to the petitioner for the construction of public toilet in Veppanthattai Union, V.Kalathur Panchayats, Perambalur District with 18% interest for the delayed payment. O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to direct the respondent to dispose of the representations dated 02.04.2018 and 04.03.2019 for payment of amount due to the petitioner for the construction of public toilet in Veppanthattai Union, V.Kalathur Panchayats, Perambalur District with 18% interest for the delayed payment. So far no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the said representations would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 3.By recording the aforesaid submission and by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018 and 04.03.2019, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
