This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl. O.P. No.9390 of 2020, regarding furnishing the surety and appearance and permit the petitioners to furnish the surety and appear before any one of the nearby Police Station and D.Nagar Police Station instead of reporting before the respondent Police.

This Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Crl. O.P. No.9390 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020, since this miscellaneous petition is devoid of merits.
