This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as modified in the order dated 04.01.2023 in Crl.MP.No.19777 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as modified in the order dated 04.01.2023 as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
