This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by Anitha the daughter-in-law of the 1st petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Anitha was married to Kesavan and they were living in the United States for over nine years and on account of some matrimonial problem, they are now separated. Anitha has come to Chennai and lodged the present complaint before the respondent herein. The 1st and 2nd petitioners are senior citizens.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry whenever called on summons.
