Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal Sub Judge, Karur, to the file of learned Family Court Judge, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner/wife submitted that the petitioner has a six year old girl child to take care, who is studying and she finds it difficult to travel from Chennai to Karur with the child to attend the case in H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2013 filed by the respondent/husband. Hence, the petitioner prays for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2013 pending on the file of learned Principal Sub Judge, Karur to the file of learned Family Court Judge, Chennai.

3. Learned counsel for respondent has no serious objection and prays that the petition filed by the respondent/husband may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2013 pending on the file of learned Principal Sub Judge, Karur to the file of learned Family Court Judge, Chennai.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
