WMP No.2263 of 2016 in W.P No.2710 of 2016 D.KRISHNAKUMAR.J The main writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the selection process and appointment order issued by the 5th respondent to the post of Village Assistant.

The petitioner has filed an interim direction petition directing the 6th respondent to register a case and investigate the same with regard to the appointment made to the post of Village Assistant, pursuant to the interview held on 30.06.2015.

The relief sought for in the interim direction petition cannot be granted at this stage. The dispute involved in the writ petition can be decided only in the main petition.

Hence, the miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
