3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 02.07.2014.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed and the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
