This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide Police protection to the house and property address viz., Old No.3/48. New No.3/73, Therodum West Street, Kolianur Village - 605 103, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. Heard Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that there is a property dispute between the family members. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 17.03.2021 and it is pending.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 17.03.2021 after issuing notice to the counter parties and after giving an opportunity to them and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
