This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.183 of 2015 before the respondent and he further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police and co-operate for enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
