When the matter is taken up today for hearing the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main suit was dismissed for default on 09.02.2022, hence nothing survives in this Revision. He also produced the print out copy of the E-Courts Services and the same has been recorded.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the liberty may be given to the petitioner to restore the civil revision petition in the event of restoration of the suit.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous and it is open to the petitioner to seek restoration of the Revision in the event of the restoration of the suit. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
