This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners as modified in the order dated 21.02.2023 in Crl.MP.No.2483 of 2023 to appear before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as modified in the order dated 21.02.2023 as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
