ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18567 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28767 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28767 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18567 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28767 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
