This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.07.2015 and to proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It appears that the dispute is essentially between brothers and it is alleged by the petitioner that his brother had threatened and beaten him.

4. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post. Hence the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the respondent Police shall conduct enquiry by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law.
