Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for the illegal demand made by the 4th respondent from the tribal candidates, whose certificates are referred to the 4th respondent by the State Level Scrutiny Committee for verification.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition as follows:

"Based upon the compliant of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the 1st respondent, and the petitioner appeared for enquiry. After enquiry, the petitioner was informed that the 4th respondent has been transferred to some other wing. Hence the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition."

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
