O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to register the revocation deed dated 22.06.2018 executed by the petitioner in respect of the subject property.
2. Though notice was served on the 3rd Respondent and his name printed in the causelist, none appeared on behalf of the 3rd Respondent. Considering the pendency of the Writ Petition which is of the year 2018, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same based on the materials available on record.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had presented the deed of revocation dated 22.06.2018 for registration before the respondents 1 & 2 revoking the settlement deed dated 02.06.2010 in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in Door No.20A, Thiruvalluvar Nagar situated in T.S.No.1205 at Thiruvallurvar Nagar, Beach Road, Vanniarpalayam, in Cuddalore Town, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District however, the same was Page No:2/4
refused registration thereby, the petitioner addressed a representation dated 23.06.2018 seeking to register the revocation deed dated 22.06.2018. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may issue a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 & 2.
6. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 23.06.2018 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
