ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order of rejection dated 18.07.2017, passed by the 2nd respondent viz., the Airport Director, Tirupati before the High Court of Andhara Pradesh. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the respondents may be directed not to proceed further in the tender process till 24.07.2017, enabling the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.07.2017 before the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

2. Fr.Xavier Arul, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he would instruct the respondents not to proceed further in the tender process till 24.07.2017 enabling the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.07.2017 before the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
