This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.3032 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's father-in-law is required by the police in Crime No.3032 of 2015 and in order to secure him, this petitioner was called for enquiry. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
