ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. ) The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to the respondents herein to produce the brother of the petitioner K.Kalyanam aged about 32 years before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the detenue had been already produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, at Nagapattinam on 11.05.2018 and the detenue was set at liberty. Now the detenue is residing with his elder brother, who is the petitioner in this Habeas Corpus Petition at Nagapatinam.

3. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
4. Accordingly this petition stands closed.
