ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's daughter Harshavardhani, D/o.C.Selvamurugan, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner herein, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured on 22.10.2020 and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Salem and thereafter handed over to the parents on 30.10.2020. He has further submitted that the accused has been remanded to judicial custody.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
