O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent Accountant General and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners made a submission that the enhanced DCRG amount, due to the petitioners, were settled for all the writ petitioners, except for the petitioner nos. 2 and 7, during the pendency of the writ petition.
2. In respect of the two writ petitioners, i.e., petitioner nos. 2 and 7, 2/4
necessary proposals are to be submitted before the second respondent Accountant General and the learned counsel for the second respondent states that on receipt of the proposal, all necessary actions will be taken for sanctioning the enhanced DCRG amount.
3. Thus, the third respondent is directed to send the necessary proposal of the petitioner nos. 2 and 7, namely Mr.S.Subramanian and Mrs.A.Vijaya Shanthi, wife of late N.Elango, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. At receipt of the proposal, the second respondent shall consider and take a decision and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
