ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her landed properties on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioner on 30.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the President of Berigai Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Berigai, Sulagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with other four members, with an intent to grab the petitioner's property, which is in posession of the petitioner, made attempt to trespass the petitioner's land and attempted to attack the petitioner and her family members. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent police seeking for police protection. Since the same was not considered, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2019 with the counter part after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunities and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
