Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.01.2015 to review the order of suspension passed in Rc.No.A3/1446/13 dated 17.10.2013 and to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and other attendant benefits. O R D E R

The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 10.01.2013 on account of his involvement in a criminal case registered by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption. It is the grievance of the petitioner that notwithstanding the representation, suspension was not reviewed by the respondent.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.01.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
