This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.21632 of 2021 dated 19.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the order dated 19.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.21632 of 2021 has been complied by the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, compliance is recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance in the order passed by the respondent, he can have the liberty of challenging the same, if he is so advised.
