The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the Respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2016 and pass orders, with respect to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner, for whom the relief is sought herein, has breathed his last and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
