ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.24327 of 2014 dated 21.04.2022 has been complied with, through G.O.(3D).No.89, Agriculture and Farmer's Welfare Department dated 08.07.2024 and notional promotion with effect from 02.01.2008 and consequential re-fixation of pay has also been made.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
