This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 09.10.2023 in W.P. No. 4727 of 2020. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1467/A2/2020, dated 08.01.2025 stating that as per the direction of the Court dated 09.10.2023, the petitioner has been issued with the appointment order to the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. The order has also been placed on record and the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
