This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in para no.3 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6665 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24778 of 2023 dated 23.04.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24778 of 2023 dated 09.02.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.6665 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24778 of 2023 dated 23.04.2024 is relaxed.
