The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 489 of 2014 filed by the respondent for divorce before the Family Court, Vellore to the Family Court, Madurai.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.
It is seen that the petitioner is residing with her brother and aged mother and she has a female child aged about 5 years. Therefore, it is very difficult for her to travel around 450 Kms from Madurai to Vellore. Similarly, the respondent also cannot travel such a long distance, if the matter is transferred to Madurai. Hence, to suit the convenience of both parties, H.M.O.P. No. 489 of 2014, pending on the file of Family Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy. The Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Trichy, is directed to dispose of the matter at the earliest. The transfer C.M.P. is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
